Where it all started
When you only want a glass of wine, why should you compromise? Simon and Ben were inspired to launch Canned Wine Co. in 2019 to deliver a better choice to customers for single serve wine. Quality wines that deliver an experience, connect you to the people and place they come from, and give you a better choice of what to drink. All of this could be delivered in a way that didn’t cost the planet.
We are passionate about food and drink, but you don’t always want a whole bottle of wine. A smaller amount of something great always appealed more than a great deal of something average. There’s no reason why wines at festivals should be poured from heavy glass bottles into single use plastic cups, or why you would need to pay over the odds for a substandard wine when you’ve treated yourself to a night out at the theatre.
Simon and Ben became friends over shared glasses of wine, coming together to source the finest wines, build Canned Wine Co. and deliver wines #toogoodtobottle.
