We partnered with Hotel Indigo by IHG in 2022 to enhance the welcome wine offer for their guests. On arrival, guests can enjoy a perfectly portioned, delicious-tasting and beautifully-branded wine, red or white, at its freshest thanks to our canning expertise. Feedback from guests has been consistently excellent, and we have forged a close relationship with the Indigo brand over the years.

CWC works really well for us; one customer stayed for 4 nights and ordered the Viognier every night! We stock the wine in the superior rooms as a luxury treat, as well on our night cap menu for all guests, which works really well for those who want something after the bar is closed.

The extra touch
Hotel Indigo are a boutique hotel brand, delivering a quality experience for guests in city destinations such as Bath. The team at Hotel Indigo were most excited about the quality offer, as there were few options available in small formats that delivered truly great wines. Our tactile cans with their beautifully bright designs, modelled on the wine’s tasting notes, meant Indigo are proud to showcase them to guests on their arrival. The wines, led by their interesting grape varieties, inspire guests to try the wines – and the 250ml can divides perfectly into two 125ml serves that are perfect for couples.
Guests are welcomed by the wines on arrival and have the option to purchase top ups, including after bar hours. It enhances the room service wine offering by delivering more choice ‘by the glass’, meaning guests don’t need to order a full bottle. The customer experience and wine spend are enhanced through our partnership and we’re pleased to continue working together to deliver the best experience for Hotel Indigo guests.
