Canned Wine Group Join Burnt Chef Project to Host Panel On ‘The Human Side Of Hospitality’

In 2025 Canned Wine Group launch our new three-year partnership with the London Wine Fair. Alongside our centre stage panel talk on ‘What defines leadership?’ we’re delighted to be joining Kris Hall and The Burnt Chef Project on a new panel focused on talent and mental health in hospitality businesses.
The panel, which runs in the morning of the second day of London Wine Fair at Olympia in London, will focus on the human side of the hospitality industry, examining how businesses can nurture talent while prioritising mental health. It will address the challenges of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment and explore how companies can create supportive, people-first cultures that benefit both employees and businesses. We’ll explore how the fast-moving world of drinks and consumer brands can grow while ensuring we prioritise the health of our teams.
The panel will discuss:
- The pressure cooker of hospitality: How businesses can help employees thrive under pressure.
- Building resilient teams: Mental health support strategies and professional development.
- Mentorship and support networks: How businesses can foster peer support and mental health advocacy.
- Talent retention through wellbeing: How a focus on mental health can help attract and keep top talent.
