Join us as we host a panel at London Wine Fair’s Centre Stage, on the first day of the trade show. Previous years have looked whether wine can be both organic & sustainable, and how women are driving innovation in wine. This year, we’re tackling the meaning of great leadership, what it looks like, and why it’s so important.
What Defines Leadership?
Hosted by Ben Franks, CCO of Canned Wine Group
LWF Centre Stage, Monday 19th May, 3:30pm
In a time of rapid change and growing complexity, the question of what makes a great leader has never been more relevant. This session will explore the many forms leadership can take – within businesses, across teams, and even between industries. From the vineyards to the boardroom, how we lead has a profound impact on how we adapt, grow, and innovate.
Together with voices from both within and outside the wine world, we’ll challenge traditional ideas of leadership, explore the traits that define effective leaders today, and consider what the wine industry can learn from other sectors. With industry headwinds ranging from shifting consumer behaviours to sustainability demands, strong leadership is more than a buzzword – it’s essential.
Featuring panelists:
- Kris Hall, CEO & Founder – The Burnt Chef Project
- Tina Warner-Keogh – Co-Founder & Co-CEO at Warner’s Distillery
- Jaega Wise – Broadcaster, Author, Brewer
- Georg Gruber- CEO at Nando’s Grocery

We can’t wait to see you there!
