We’re thrilled to share that The Copper Crew is now being served in First Class on all catered TransPennine Express (TPE) services!
Launched on Monday 14 April 2025, TPE’s brand-new seasonal menu brings a fresh range of seasonal dishes to routes running between Manchester and Liverpool up to Edinburgh and Glasgow. Passengers can look forward to delicious options including Scottish smoked salmon penne, chicken and leek pie, harissa vegetable stew, and—for those travelling early—a new breakfast highlight: Belgian waffles.
Wine lovers are in for something special too. TPE’s First Class wine list now features a carefully selected range from The Copper Crew. From a crisp and zesty Italian Fiano, to a fresh and fruity Rosato rosé, a velvety Negroamaro red, and a sparkling Bianco Spritz with citrus and pear notes, there’s something for every palate.
We’re proud to bring our organically grown Italian wines to TPE passengers. Whether you’re relaxing, working, or simply enjoying the view, our wines are crafted to elevate the journey. All four wines are sourced from Tenuta Viglione in Puglia, a family-run winery known for its dedication to quality, sustainability, and community.
In addition to the West Coast routes, The Copper Crew will also be available on TPE’s new TransPennine Kitchen – Coast to Coast services, running between Liverpool and Newcastle.
